Dear Friend, It is with sincere gratitude that I write this note to thank our BBBS friends and family as we conclude this season of giving and this unusual year. Despite the challenges we've all faced, our supporters have stood by us all year long. From our Defend Potential Fund in the Spring, to our virtual Big Night In event, to our end of year giving season, and everything in between - our supporters have demonstrated that we are a resilient and dedicated community of volunteers, donors, and friends. We were fortunate to have received a $50,000 matching gift from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. Our agency was 1 of 15 other BBBS agencies across the nation selected from Big Brothers Big Sisters of America to receive this funding. The foundation will be matching each donation received, up to $50,000. Currently, we have raised $22,520...nearly half-way to our goal! This incredible opportunity will allow us to continue to serve the 1,000 at-risk kids in our communities, despite what challenges may lay ahead in 2021.
